During the planning stages, we work together to get an idea of where you want to go, what type of hotel you're interested in, the best room type for you, and other things of importance to you. I'll utilize my various suppliers to find several options that check the boxes, and we'll go back & forth from there until we have the option that matches your vision. I then take  care of booking your accommodations & transportation for your trip, depending on what is included in a trip package.

One of the best parts of traveling abroad is getting to see and experience the culture and activities your destination has to offer! I have access to various tours, activities, and more at my fingertips. I will curate a list of options based on what you want to do, and book those that fit the bill. I can also send you a list of things you can book through a special link if you prefer. From wine tours to sightseeing tours, activities such as zip lining, horseback riding, parasailing, and more - we'll find the tour or adventure of your dreams.

Once your trip is booked, I'll develop a timeline for you to take care of every aspect of the trip prior to your departure. Various items on the timeline include payment schedules and final payment due dates; scheduling transportation between the airport & your resort; preparing you for  any entry & exit requirements for a destination, and both when & how they need to be completed. My intention is that your trip is as smooth as we can make it, based on what we have control over.
